theSQUAD is proud to be both the Project and Event Manager on South Africa’s biggest art exhibition that raises funds for education-based charities – Night of a 1000 Drawings, an empowerment project that culminates in a one-night-only, massive inner-city art sale.

The 2019 event had all the good things that make inner-city Johannesburg the innovative, creative space it is. Eclectic location, lots of art generously donated for free, food trucks, amazing cocktails, talented MC and musicians and the amazing people supporting us!
