How to present a positive attitude (even when it's tough). 1) Say "yes" without the "but". 2) I agree! 3) I appreciate. 4) Thanks so much. 5) I love / like. 6) That makes sense. 7) I'm pleased / happy / delighted. 8) Excellent / good / great. 9) Ask open-ended questions - using "how" and "what". 10) It doesn't have to be verbal - smiles are good, hugs are great!
